Instant Erect is a brand of Nutrio Group.

Instant Erect is a food supplement and is not a medicine. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It is sold to consumers aged 21 and over only.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment of ordering applies. Obvious errors and typing mistakes are not binding.

Orders are placed and paid through Shopify's hosted checkout. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order if the product is unavailable, the payment is not authorised, or the buyer appears to be under 21.

Payment methods available at checkout are shown by the payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Delivery costs and times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. We deliver within 30 days of your order unless agreed otherwise.

As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example an email to info@nutriogroup.com) or by using the model form below.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are yours unless we state otherwise. We refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Exception: for hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

Products are supplied as food supplements and are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a doctor before use if you take medication (including anticoagulants, blood-pressure or antidiabetic medication) or have a medical condition.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch court; as a consumer you also keep the right to bring proceedings before the court of your own country of residence. You may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
