€3.95 per order. Free shipping on orders over €45.

• Netherlands — 1–2 working days
• Belgium — 2–3 working days
• Germany — 2–4 working days
• Rest of the EU — 3–7 working days

Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

Every order ships in a neutral outer package with no product name or branding visible. The sender is shown as Nutrio Group.

You may return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Email info@nutriogroup.com with your order number first; we will confirm the return address. Return shipping costs are yours unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we have received and checked the return, we refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost within 5 working days, using the payment method you used at checkout.
