Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number when provided. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of the payment method, never full card details.

We also process order details, correspondence you send us, and basic technical data such as your IP address when the site is loaded.

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, and meet legal obligations such as tax administration. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in running a secure shop.

We share data only with parties needed to deliver your order: Shopify (checkout and order processing), payment providers, and carriers. We do not sell your data.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Checkout takes place on Shopify's domain, which sets its own functional cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law. Other correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed, normally within 24 months.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing. Email info@nutriogroup.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
